01 Introduction & Eligibility

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed after an event has started will be accepted under live betting rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, a71con reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If match fixing or unfair advantage is proven, the associated bets and winnings will be forfeited.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to gain an advantage — is prohibited.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum is determined by the specific event.

06 Lottery & Draw Policy

A71con's lottery section is powered by internationally recognised RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every draw is completely fair and independently verifiable.

• Once purchased, lottery tickets cannot be returned or cancelled.
• Draw results are published on the a71con website and are visible to all.
• Prizes for winning tickets must be claimed within the designated timeframe. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after the deadline.
• Purchasing tickets from multiple accounts within the same household or sharing the same IP address is prohibited.

07 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account.
• Creating an account under a false identity or submitting fraudulent documents for KYC verification.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

A71con may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Account closure at the member's own request.
• As required by law or regulatory directive.

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the member, provided no rules have been violated. However, balances may be forfeited in cases involving prohibited activity.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

A71con believes in responsible gaming. Our goal is to make sure entertainment never becomes a problem.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own accounts.
• A temporary break or Self-exclusion can be activated whenever needed.
• If signs of gaming addiction are identified, a71con will step in to support the member.
